Our Origin
The firm was founded by a veteran leader whose professional experience spans more than two decades of operational environments where clarity, accountability, and structured decision-making were essential. After serving for twenty years in the United States Navy, much of it in demanding operational assignments, the transition into civilian leadership spaces revealed a recurring challenge across many organizations: strong purpose and capable leadership often exist alongside structural gaps that make consistent execution difficult.
